RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Yekaterinburg
2,0 ha / 123 000 m2
Client: NDA
The volumetric-spatial and visual design of the residential complex is largely determined by the specific features of its location and the characteristics of the development site. The elongated, oblong-shaped plot is located in the
Verkh-Isetsky district of Yekaterinburg and holds significant urban planning importance. The site is situated in the
central part of the city and is bordered on one side by the «Yekaterinburg Arena» stadium and on the other by the
Ivanovskoye Cemetery, the immediate proximity of which is an unfavorable factor for residential development.
The project utilizes two typologies: comfort-class sectional buildings and premium 100-meter-high towers. The
architectural concept draws inspiration from natural rock formations, which separate the small internal territory
from the external street and respond to the varied heights of the surrounding buildings. The external facade with
terraces forms a rock-like silhouette for the residential complex, creating a diversity of perceptions and visual
characteristics. The two towers located within the development employ rotated modules to minimize the visibility
of unfavorable views.
