The founder of the bureau, Igor Solovyov, received an architectural education at the State University of Land Management in 2009. He worked in various bureaus in Moscow, including 7 years as the Chief Architect of projects of the Speech bureau. From 2022 to 2023 he was managing partner and chief architect of the Borisov Architects bureau.
