The role of the designed building in the existing urban planning situation is to fill the gap between two existing buildings with blank ends and form a volumetric spatial transition, organically linking cultural monuments and later 5-story buildings. For the facade solution, it was proposed to install bevels in window portals to create a light-shadow composition and emphasize the scale of the building. The cladding material of the external walls is clinker brick.
