Residential complex «Kristall»

The concept includes the development of the territory of the former Kristall plant with the restoration of surviving buildings of architectural monuments and the formation of a residential cluster with a lot of public infrastructure. Zoning of the territory involves the construction of private courtyards for residents of the complex and active street space around, combining the historical part with the designed buildings.
