Residential complex

The object consists of a residential building and a commercial stylobate part located along the front of the streets. The ends of the residential building, including those facing the intersection, are cantilevered with a smooth increase in volume upward, thereby ensuring the complexity of the silhouette and increasing the area of the upper apartments with better views.
