The initial design brief for this territory imposed numerous constraints: it had already been subdivided into
functional zones with defined maximum parameters and building heights. The task was to design two primary
functions: office and residential spaces. Another key requirement was to incorporate a public zone — a promenade — running through the entire territory. Based on the layout of the development plots, we proposed connecting the
office blocks with a "green route" along the residential area, where each office building serves as an urban
planning accent.
The office buildings feature distinctive silhouettes achieved through stepped forms, terracing, and connecting
footbridges. This design introduces numerous open, landscaped areas within the office blocks, providing
opportunities for outdoor work and interaction with nature.
